  13. Phase I Tasks • Education & Outreach Workgroup • Adapt community meeting format from MCWMA, select locations and schedule • Prepare 2 pilot modules for native plant propagation methods, in collaboration with MCWMA • Conduct outreach to materials suppliers, in collaboration with MCWMA

  14. Phase I Tasks, continued • Information Management Workgroup • Adapt weed survey protocol and documention forms from MCWMA • Compile existing weed distribution data from IMCWMA Partners • Develop IMCWMA website, including online forms for collecting weed distribution data
