What is HP Passport? • HP Passport is an authentication tool that HP now requires • to access certain applications, for example, effective May. 21st, 2012 • you will access Support Agreement Manager by using HP Passport. • What does it mean to me? • There is no immediate action for you to take. If you do not have an HP • Passport Account, the system will guide you to the next required steps. • Beginning May. 21st • As you do today, log in with your current username and password. • You will then be asked through pop-up windows to complete the • HP Passport registration process. This takes less than one minute. • Once you have completed this step, please remember your user name • and password for your next connection. • *You will use this logon for other applications requiring HP Passport.

2. Additional Information about HP Passport: • For some users, your existing Support Agreement Manager user name and password will establish an HP Passport Account. You will only need to enter a new password and provide answers to security questions during this process. • Already have an HP Passport account? • For users who already have an HP Passport Account, you will be prompted to link your HP Passport Account with Support Agreement Manager. You will use your HP Passport user name and password moving forward to access Support Agreement Manager. • Forget your HP Passport user name and password? • If you have forgotten your HP Passport Account information or if you don’t have an account, the system will direct you on how to create your account or reset your password.

12. Case 2: User is not migrated • Migration was successful. 10) Click “Proceed to login”. You can login SAM. (Successful). 11) If it doesn’t match HP passport and SAM information , SAM will show the HP Passport creation screen on previous page. Please enter HP passport information into No.5-8) and Click 9).
