Statewide Goal

  • Output: 30,000 unduplicated individuals, will complete an AmeriCorps-supported training in environmental awareness and/or energy efficiency AND

  • Outcome: 21,000 (70%) of these individuals will indicate an increase in knowledge or awareness of energy efficient and/or environmentally conscious practices

1. Copies of data tracking tools

Including but not limited to: pre/post training surveys,

class attendance records, tracking charts

2. Explanation of data tracking procedure

Describe how data is collected, analyzed, tracked,

reported and retained

3. Send electronically to Robert Brader at: [email protected]

Retain performance measurement documentation for 7 years

from the close of the contracted program year

  • This retention schedule is a state and federal requirement

  • Documents to be retained include but are not limited to: attendance rosters, surveys, other tracking documents
