  1. Introducing America’s First UV Cured Fiberglass CIPP The Best Solution for CIPP American Made, American Support

  2. Strength Test Results 4MM 8” StreamlinerUV™ Liner Flexural strength: 52,000 PSI 50 year flexural strength: 33,840 PSI (65% retention) Flexural modulus: 1,700,000 PSI 50 year flexural modulus: 1,160,240 PSI (68% retention) 3MM 8” StreamlinerUV™ Liner Flexural strength: 47,000 PSI Flexural modulus: 1,350,000 PSI

  3. performance Water Tight: 100% leak proof* No Shrinkage: 0.0% loss* Thin Wall: From 3mm Cured: Ultra Violet Light Curing Speed: 7.5ft per minute (8” ) Laterals: No seals or grouting required Flow: Hazen-Williams C=150 *2009 IKT Liner Report, (Institute for Underground Infrastructure)

  4. Polyester outer containment and protection foil. Translucent UV resistant outer foil. Liner Construction Multiple layers of high quality E-CR fiberglass. The fiberglass layers are saturated with polyester or vinyl ester resins during manufacturing. Chemical and temperature resistant 7 layer polyethylene/polyamine inner containment foil.

  5. Clear inner foil is removed. Proprietary resin “jelling” maintains consistent wall thickness during storage, shipping and installation. Outer foil remains in the pipe after curing. Liner Construction

  6. Liner Installation • Line is cleaned and pre-videoed • Rope pulled in during pre-video Line is bypassed Upstream manhole is plugged

  7. Liner Installation Pre-liner pulled through the pipe with rope inserted from pre-video Second rope is pulled through pipe with pre-liner.

  8. Liner Installation Liner is delivered to the job site Liner is pulled in place by a winch

  9. Liner Installation • Liner is inflated and calibrated at 8psi • Light Train is inserted and pressure is restored Safety sleeves are inserted on liner End caps are installed on each end of the liner

  10. Liner Installation • Any installation issues are resolved and video is archived. Light Train Camera is activated Light Train is manually pulled and uncured liner is video inspected

  11. Liner curing • Speed, temperature and pressure are monitored throughout the curing process. Light Train UV lamps are activated Light Train is pulled via computer control through the liner.

  23. What if today's standards were… Flexural Mod of 1.7M PSI Flexural Strength 52K PSI Multiple curing videos Thinner liner and greater flow No Shrinkage No leaking No Lateral Seals needed No odor or curing by-products Would you even consider felt technology? and you were being presented with… Liner shown to shrink Liner shown to leak Must seal lateral connections Must deal with odor and styrene Flexural Mod 448K PSI Flexural Strength of 9300 PSI No pre-cure videos Thicker wall and reduced flow

  24. Next steps Review the Streamliner UV specification doc Recommend UV fiberglass as an approved material
