  5. What you need to send and receive emails • Email client – Outlook , Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Incredimail • Web Browser – any browser will do. Eg Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari…

  6. Composing an Email • Recipient(s) • Distribution lists/groups • CC – carbon copy • BCC – blind carbon copy • Subject • Message • Attachment(s) – (Optional)
