You can turn this off: For iOS: Settings, General, Restrictions, In-App Purchases – toggle ON/OFF. For Android: Open the Google Play Store app, Menu, Settings, User Controls, select Set or Change PIN, Enter a PIN and press OK, Re-enter the PIN, check the box that says “Use PIN for purchases”
