NROTC Unit San Diego Alumni Web Site Project Overview Problem Statement Graduates experience significant difficulties remaining in touch with their fellow alumni officers and have no means of contributing to their former training command. Project Objective: To provide a forum for alumni officers to interact, and to create a means of accepting monetary donations through the Internet.

NROTC Unit San Diego Alumni Web Site Feasibility Study Technical Feasibility: The network at USD is fully capable of supporting the relatively small amount of network traffic that the NROTC SD Alumni website would experience. Economic Feasibility: Time, resources, and funds are available in order to implement the project successfully. Operational Feasibility: The San Diego NROTC Unit has received numerous requests over the past several years to have an active alumni officer association. Additionally, many have expressed the willingness to donate money to the NROTC Unit. Recent results of a survey of May 2004 graduates showed that more than 90% would use the alumni website on a regular basis.
