  2. Bobcat facts • A bobcat lives in north America. • A boy bobcat weighs up to 16-28 lbs, a girl weighs up to 10-18 lbs. • Bobcats eat rodents,birds,bats and even adult deer. • Did u know that there are 725,000 to 1,020,000 bobcats remain in the wild. • A bobcat can grow up to 17-23inches.

Bobcat facts • It also takes on skunks & porcupines. • Did you know its name comes from its bobbed of stubby tail. • Its twice the size of a house cat. • Bobcats belong to the LYNX genus of felines and are the smallest of the four spies. • Usually a cave or rock shelter, but can be a hollow log, fallen tree or some other protected place.

Bobcat facts • In Mexico, bobcats killed sheep and then were killed by farmers. • Historically, the bobcat roamed throughout the entire state of New Jersey. • If u want to find it u need to look for a short tailed, spotted, yellowish-brown cat with a white belly. • It’s habitat is 3wamps, forests, farmlands, and brushy areas rocky ledges. • It’s rang is southern Canada and much of us ; scarce or absent in much of Midwest.
