  3. Mantra “OM SHRI ____ NAMO NAMAH” • This is the short version of the mantra. It helps to focus attention on a particular chakra or even a specific petal of the chakra. • OM = A + U + Ma • These are to nourish our three channels ‘nadis’ • A: Left Channel • U: Right Channel • M: Central Channel • a: Sahasrara • SHRI: Respected (Prefix like ‘Honorable’ ‘Mr’ etc.) • ______: Aspect where you are meditating. • Namo Namah: Most respectfully & humbly salute the aspect.

  4. Morning Meditation Flow To Do & Observe • Raise Kundalini & Bandhan • Balance L & R Channels. • NEW: Mantra to Shri Ganesha: OM Shri Ganesha Namo Namah • Meditate on Sahasrara – Train attention-at-Sahasrara • Observe your chakras • Finish by Raising Kundalini & Taking Bandhan Reference
