  2. Recruitment Requirements • Requirements • Business Apprenticeship: • 2 Higher Grades (A-C) including English or Maths and a business related subject, preferably Business Studies (Or equivalent qualifications) • Technical Apprenticeship : • 3 Higher Grades (A-C) in Maths, Physics and ideally a Technological Studies subject (or equivalent qualifications) • 2 Standard Grades (1-2) in English, plus one other subject (Or equivalent qualifications) • Manufacturing Apprenticeship : • 5 Standard grades (1-3) in Maths, Physics, Technological Studies, English plus 1 other subject (Or equivalent qualifications)

Recruitment Process • Application process (2012 Intake Open Nov 2011 – Feb 2012) • Applications online at www.selexgalileo.com (Careers – Apprenticeships) • Online assessment if application successful:- • Online Ability Testing including Numeracy, Verbal & Mechanical Comprehension, Following instructions and Diagnostics. • Group Assessment if testing successful:- • Attend a Group Exercise session • Interview (If all of the above are successful) • Conditional offer (Subject to security clearance and qualification verification) • Firm Offer • Start Date of August / September
