Dynamic Stretch – Sumo Squat

  • Bending at your waist with a stable low back, grab your toes with your arms straight and inside your knees

  • Moving your hips, knees, and ankles lower your butt to the floor and face your chest forward

  • Keep your shoulders back and down, maintaining a vertical torso position

  • Next straighten your knees, pull your toes upward, and straighten your hips as you maintain a stable torso

  • This movement will stretch your groin, glutes, ankles, and lats
