  11. Last week we talked about Daniel predicted Rome would be where the antichrist comes from. Further, the God tells us there will be ten leaders who come to power in the last days and give their power to the antichrist….The rise of the Antichrist or False Messiah (or ‘the Beast’)Rev 17:12 "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings(Leaders) who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. Rev 17:13 "These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast. • There will be ten leaders (UN, EU, or maybe the literal geography of the ancient Roman Empire, the WEU!)

  12. Notice the Antichrist comes to power from 10 kings who do not yet have a kingdom.And they will only have authority for ‘one hour’. They will come to power for a short time in the last days and give their power to the antichrist.They will also be part of the revived Rome – doing what the Roman Empire tried to do – to bring the world under one government and to establish world peace. The Pax Romana.

  14. The UN Security Council has 15 members, but only 5 are permanent. All others serve for 2 years. • January, 2011 • France ,Permanent Member • Russian Federation, Permanent Member • United Kingdom, Permanent Member • United States, Permanent Member • China,Permanent Member • Bosnia, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, India, South Africa, Colombia, Lebanon, Gabon, NigeriaThose in yellow are either are part of prophecy not affiliated with Rome or play insignificant roles. Those in light blue could be the ten who bring in the false messiah –who give their power to the last world leader to make peace with Israel! Remember Babylon helps the antichrist rise to power, but then are destroyed.

The Antichrist will come out of the Roman political system – The stage is set!Daniel 9:26-27 “…, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. …(27) "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week,(the70th week of Daniel) • The Romans did this in 70 AD. They are the ‘people of the prince to come – the false messiah). • Daniel prophesied the great Roman Empire would, in the time of the end consist of ten nations (ten toes on the statue). It could be the WEU!

He will have authority for 3.5 years as the false messiah – a world leader that finally brings peace to the Middle east…Rev 13:3 I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; Rev 13:4 they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?" Rev 13:5 There was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty-two months was given to him. • He will confirm the peace treaty that finally brings a pseudo peace in the Middle East: • Dan 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week (7 years)”

OK, we also know that the antichrist will have a number – 666.There is such a global colapse of the economy, that this new world government institutes a ‘mark’ that…Rev 13:16 And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, Rev 13:17 and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six. 666

At no time in history has a mark ever been used as a means to buy and sell. • Here we are given a preview of a cashless society • We are moving in that direction! • Rev 14:9-12 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, (10) he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. (11) "And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." (12)Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.

  24. Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.No one knows what this prophecy means.It could be we won’t know until he is on the scene.However, let me give you one theory. What if the UN, the EU, or the WEU council produced a document entitled ‘666’, and, what if that document created a new position for a leader with lots of power – specifically the ability to make a peace treaty… • That office would be referenced by the document number used to create it – 666 • Further, what if there were two documents or orders and both were numbered 666 and both gave power to that office?

  26. The 2nd document…On June 5, 2000, the WEU adopted its Assembly Recommendation 666. This document recommended keeping the 10 Brussels Treaty Powers together as the EU's new military wing and giving the EU's High Representative emergency powers.   27. In June, 2011, the WEU is giving it’s power to the EU. So, the man who assumes this role from the WEU will be one of the most powerful men in the EU, and have the ability to convene the council in the event of an emergency, and have power to confirm peace treaties!Quote from the EU website on the Lisbon Treaty:High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy: The second new job created under Lisbon. The powerful EU "foreign minister" will chair meetings of Foreign Affairs Ministers, oversee the multi-billion EU aid budget and run the proposed European External Action Service - a European diplomatic corps. One of the number one topics for this meeting of the EU in April of this year is peace in the middle east!In June, 2011, we may see a major shift in the EU. • The revived Roman Empire will consist of iron mixed with clay – a union but not very strong, and the 10 toes will come into power for a short time to give the false messiah the power he needs to ‘confirm a peace plan’ and rise to a diplomatic world leader.

So, in theory, let’s examine what we have:The exact location of Rome made up of 10 nations.They have come together and established an office for a man with enormous power (and the ability to confirm a peace treaty) in two documents both numbered ‘666’They were only in Power a short time and as the conclude their unique role in June, 2011, they will leave one man with the authority in the EU to do what they have done. • It seems exactly as the Bible predicted!

  31. This is just another interesting theory regarding a Possible scenario for the revived Roman system, the 10 leaders, and the coming of the antichrist.Rome has indeed been revived… And anytime the false messiah could confirm the treaty with Israel…

The First seal – the Antichrist • Matthew 24:3-5 As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?" (5) "For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will mislead many. • 1John 2:18 Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. • Revelation 6:1-2 Then I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, "Come." (2) I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. • Dan 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week” This will begin the 70th week of Daniel (the Tribulation).

  41. Who is the Pseudo Christ?He’s Jewish: John 5:43 "I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him. Jesus spoke this to the Pharisees – they will embrace the antichrist as messiah.

  42. I have asked several Rabbi’s how they will know when the Messiah comes. They all say that whoever brings peace to their land and allows them to rebuild their temple will be the Messiah.Israel believes the Anti-christ is the Messiah!

He will come out of the Roman political system Daniel 9:26-27 "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. (27) "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate,

  44. The fulfillment of this occurred in history when the Roman legions under Titus Vespasian destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D.[Jesus foretold this in Luke 19:44] This is most likely the UN – possibly the security council.

  45. So the Anti-Christ will be of Jewish decent but come out of the Roman Empire. He will allow Israel to rebuild their temple!

  46. At first, the antichrist will bring peace to the middle east…He will sign a peace treaty with Israel & the 70th week of Daniel, commonly called the ‘7 year Tribulation’ period, begins…

  47. Dan 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.“What are all his characteristics?
