2. What is Subjective Assessment? Subjective assessment is a form of questioning which may have more than one correct answer (or more than one way of expressing the correct answer). A Subjective Test compromises of a set of Questions wherein a candidate is expected to explain and showcase his understanding of a Subject with the expression of words in written format. The Subjective Assessment identifies the candidates' knowledge and the ability to express that knowledge. We have understood the gap between the Subjective Assessment and the Digital Platforms which are currently not capable of handling subjective tests online and have put forward a Proposed Solution to bridge this gap.

3. How to conduct Subjective Test Online? We envision to develop a online solution to conduct Subjective Assessment as a one stop solution 1 Student Portal The Student will be able to login and Attempt the Subjective Test. The Student will be able to upload his/her scanned Answer Sheet against the Test Questions or can also click an image from mobile app and upload via the Mobile App provided.

4. 2 Teacher Portal The Teacher to check the Student Answer Sheets. The Teacher will be able to give marks and remarks to the student . 3 Result and Analysis As soon as the Answer Sheet is checked by the teacher, the result and analysis of the test will be available to the student in his portal.

5. How to conduct Subjective Test Online in the Current System? Process Flow to be Followed for Running the Subjective Test.The Process has been defined into simple 6 steps. Step 1 : Student Registration via desktop application or Android / IOS App Step 2 : Click on Take test to start the Subjective test . Step 3 : Student Attempts the Tests Step 4 : Studentuploads the Answer Sheet via Camera : A Click of a Button Step 5 : Answer Sheet is checked by the Teacher online. Step 6 : Student gets his Report Card on his Panel itself with Complete SWOT analysis { Strength , weakness , opportunities and threats }

6. STEP1 Through Mobile App: The Student can download the Android or IOS app from the Store and Register him/her self for the Subjective Assessment. Through Desktop application The Student will login via any School / College / Institute Panel .The Institute Representative will enroll the Student on the ONLINE Portal .

7. STEP 2 Through Mobile App: The Student can attempt the subjective test on the Mobile App. Through Desktop Application The Paper will be uploaded in Student Portal and assigned to students of that Batch / Class / Course

8. STEP 3 & STEP 4 Through Desktop Application In this COVID 19 Pandemic the Student can attempt the Test at Home. Once the student has completed his/her test , the student will go to submit the test by uploading his answer sheet . The faculty / teacher will check the Student’s Answer sheets in the students online account by Bulk downloading n likewise updating remarks n marks for each student . Through Mobile App: The Student can attempt the Test on the Mobile App. The student will get an option to click the image of his answer and upload it directly in the App.

9. STEP 5 Offline Checking Done by the Teacher: The Teacher can alternatively download the Student's Answer Sheet and check it offline. Once the checking is done the Teacher can scan the checked copy and upload online , from the online account . Online Checking Done by the Teacher: The Teacher will have an online login , where in he/she can see the students Answer sheet and evaluate it online.

10. STEP 6 Result and Analysis of Subjective Test : As soon as the Answer Sheet is checked by the Teacher , the student will be able to see the result in the Online Account or the Mobile App. The Reports can be bifurcated topic wise and Question with marks and Remarks against each question where student can even see Checked files uploaded by faculties / teachers with all remarks .
