  8. Create Discrepancy / Add Multiple Defects Initial SMRR submittals require only Immediate Cause and immediate Correction (Ref. SQR-003). Complete Cause and Corrective Action must be available for review upon request.

  9. Add Multiple Defects & Attachments Must select OK to move to next screen for adding attachments

  10. Adding Attachments Only Appears after clicking on finish, then OK on “About to Submit” Dialog Box Only BMP, GIF, JPG or PDF can be attached. File size is limited to 1 Meg.

  11. Search Functions If you know the tag number you are looking for enter the tag and click the “load” button. Click on “search” will bring up all tags. Clicking on the tag Number itself will bring up that specific tag.

  15. Update Corrective Action Request Use to attach objective evidence and supporting documentation View Discrepancy Complete Corrective Action REF –SQR-003 Submit Corrective Action Response

  16. Next Lot Verification These fields appear when “Next Lot Verification” is required. Complete the fields with the Lot and Shipper number verified and the date the verification occurred.

  19. Review of Nonconformance Click on “Show All” to see open and closed tags If you know the Tag No. you are looking for Enter it here and the “load” button Click on “search” to view only open tags
