  2. Why did I WANT to do it? • Family history • Wanted to help a great organization • Wanted to pick a project where I wasn’t the only one benefiting

  3. How did I do as a Leader? • Created a Vision • Made a positive difference in people’s lives • Served others not expecting nothing in return • Showed great professionalism through out this project

  4. Strengths/Weaknesses Strengths • Arranger, Includer, Belief • Persistence • Relationship Building • Meeting deadlines Weaknesses • Stressing about actual date of event • Was not able to get meet and greet • Did not get all shirts sold • Struggled to stay organized
