Kindergarten Reading Assessments DIBELS - Screener Letter Naming Fluency (LNF)- Fall, Winter, Spring Initial Sound Fluency (ISF) – Fall, Winter Phonemic Segmentation Fluency (PSF)- Winter, Spring Nonsense Word Fluency (NWF)Winter, Spring All Students • Progress Monitoring: • 2 X per month • Students must have 3 data points at or above the aimline before discontinuing. Basic and Below Basic Progress Monitor ISF Probes (Fall,Winter) PSF Probes (Winter, Spring) PASI Alternate Forms Provide PA Intervention and Continue to PM Diagnostic Phonological Awareness Screener for Intervention (PASI) • DIAGNOSTIC: • Administer in Winter and Spring to • students who are not making • Progress. Progress Monitor
