  4. Apply problem solving skills Move one matchstick to produce a square.

  5. Solution make a small square between the four matchstick ends

  6. Try another one: To these six matchsticks, add five more, to make nine.

  7. Solution We spell out NINE

  8. How could a baby fall out of a twenty-story high building onto the ground and live ?

  9. Solution • The baby fell out of a ground floor window

  10. And another… You are the taxi driver. At your first stop, you pick up 2 people. On your second stop, 1 of those 2 people get off, and at the same time 6 new passengers arrive. At your next stop, 4 of those 6 passengers get off, and 5 new passengers come on. On your fourth stop 4 passengers get off, 3 of those 5 new passengers get off as well, then 11 new passengers get on.

  11. Question • What is the name of the taxi driver?

  12. Answer As you are the driver, the answer is your name !!!

  13. What seven-letter word has hundreds of letters in it?

  14. Solution • Mailbox

  15. Last one… • If you had 500 kg of feathers and 500 kg of stones, which would be heavier?

  16. Solution • Neither. They both weigh 500 kg.
