CURRENTLY: Identifying the capacity, willingness, and scope of community-based organizations to provide services in Columbia Heights and identifying the demand for services from small businesses Defining individual activities that make up the Areas of Intervention Identifying gaps in service delivery Working with District Government Agencies to focus delivery of services in Columbia Heights Sharing Needs Assessment findings with residents, community-based organizations, ANC. Inviting comments and participation.
