  2. Think about… The most difficult teachers you know…

  3. Difficult Teachers What do you think of? What adjectives do you use to describe them? What characteristics come to mind? Record your ideas on post it notes.

  4. Looking at these characteristics identify a job(s) that these people might be good at performing.

  5. What do you notice about these characteristics? How would you describe the overall theme of these characteristics?

  6. Negativity! • While slightly depressing – the good news is that being negative is a choice, a decision, an option. • If these people choose to express these behaviors, then possibly they could choose not to express these behaviors.

  7. Stay tuned In our next session, we will look at the types of resistant teachers and explore how to “deal” with them.
