  1. 100% ownership (subject to gov’t 10% carried interest) in 2 contiguous prospecting licenses covering 161 sq km on the Ashanti Shear. Right to acquire the adjoining Obuom concession from Golden Star Resources. Four gold zones already identified with some significant widths and grades (ie: 32 m of 3.62 g/t Au, 18 m of 4.48 g/t Au). NI43-101 122,000 oz gold resource calculated in 2006. 2007/08 drill program increased NI43-101 resource to 327,621 oz. Project adjoins the Konongo Mine and is approx: 20 km northwest of Newmont’s Akyem deposit (+8 m oz) and 30 km Northeast of Anglo/Ashanti Obuasi mine (+41 m oz).
