Electronic PublicationSame Content - Different Format • Gazette in electronic form only • Amendments to rules 86.1, 86.2 and Section 407 • The content of the former Sections I, II, III of the Gazette are in electronic form - accessible via PatentScope • Official notices (Section IV) published on the internet only, but no changes to format at this stage • Published application in electronic form • Section 406 of the Administrative Instructions • Can be viewed, downloaded, printed from PatentScope • Discontinuation of applicant’s copy (paper) in July 2006 • Declarations, sequence listings • Available as published documents with the published international application
