WDC STRATEGIC CAR PARK REVIEWComparable Usage Measures • Actual Time Sold per Month = No. of Tickets per Tariff x Maximum Tariff Stay • Time Available = No. of Spaces x Charging Hours • % Usage = Actual Sales / Available Notes • No allowance for over/under-stay • Can be distorted if significant long stay usage as “>4 hour” & “> 90 minute” tickets treated as maximum stay
