Mental Health Services Act • Approximately 20% of FY12/13 Component Funding was from prior year State MHS Fund deposits • State did not encumber prior year revenues for Workforce, Education, and Training funding that had not been spent • Excess funds distributed to counties in FY12/13 • Future year revenues will need to fund remaining WET obligations • January and April, 2014 deposits into State MHS Fund are key determinant of FY13/14 distributions • DHCS MHSD Information Notice 13-15 provides individual county allocation percentages • Consider FY14/15-FY15/16 as sustainable level of funding over next 4 to 5 years
