  2. Enrollment • Is the key to finances • Remember: Enrollment is tied to Average Daily Attendance, which translates into dollars • Makes up 70% of revenue for RUSD • This data is as of 9/12/11 and will change until CBEDS reporting day - 10/05/11

  3. Enrollment • 2009-2010 CBEDS Enrollment • 6386 • Decline of 216 students from 08-09 • 2010-2011 CBEDS Enrollment • 6242 • Decline of 144 students • 2011-2012 Enrollment • 6155 • Decline of 87 students

  4. Enrollment • Enrollment is higher than projection • However, enrollment is still lower than last year • Decline continues

  10. Enrollment – In Closing • Decline is still occurring, now in the 10th year • Ramona Community School saw a decline for the second year in a row • Elementary grades are beginning to stabilize
