  • Set yourself up for success. Make sure you have what you are supposed to eat, or you’ll eat what you should not!

  • Perimeter shop

  • Avoid raw foods

  • Avoid iced fluids

  • Chew each bite at least 10--15 times

  • Eat like an Italian! Don’t read, talk, watch TV, or drive while eating: Your brain won’t get the signal and neither will your stomach!

  • Give your body a chance to tell you it’s full: Eat 70% of your meal, then wait for 15-20 minutes. If you’re still hungry, you might need more food. Example: Man vs. food

  • Some will eliminate weight some will eliminate inches

  • You aren’t losing anything. You are shedding/eliminating excess, unwanted weight

  • You’re gaining health, vitality, and mobility

  • Qigong and acupressure will be working behind the scenes. Don’t underestimate their power.
