  2. Van routes and shifts. One vans will circle the short route. Briarpatch to Tennis court to Lions park and return. Two vans will circle the long route separated by 15-20 minutes. Briarpatch park to Aquia park to Rudolph to Friendship park and return to Briarpatch park. One handicap van will remain at the CEC command post as a float van for overflow support. Drivers should arrive 15 minutes before their shifts at the CEC command tent in Briarpatch park to receive instructions from the dispatcher. Seven shifts last one hour each; starting at 9:30 A.M, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 P.M. Drivers can work more than one shift.
