  2. Major Revisions • Addition of new, recently available data for spring/summer chinook index stocks (updates through 1999 return year, 1994 brood year) • Incorporation of smolt-to-adult return estimates into calculation of se (estuarine and early ocean survival)

  3. Lambda is Much Worse

Combinations of Actions Will Be Necessary • Regardless of hydropower options chosen, we MUST explore other opportunities to increase rate of population change. • Dam breaching becomes less likely to be sufficient to mitigate extinction risk, but more likely to be necessary. • As situation(s) worsen(s), options become necessities.
