  1. WHY TALKING IS GOOD FOR YOU- By Rutaksha Rawat

  2. Conversation, if carried on without fear of judgment, is better than therapy. Studies indicate that people should continue to regularly share their thoughts and opinions to ward off Alzheimer's and dementia. Voicing our thoughts, opinions, plans and experiences makes us feel heard and validated—the most basic but deepest of human needs.

  3. If we are sharing good news or positive plans, we feel like we have laid the foundation for betterment the moment we vocalize these plans with well wishers.

  4. If we share our fears or pains, we start to heal the moment we utter words relating these to genuinely empathetic souls. Vocalizing what hurt us in the past can gradually heal us by making our subconscious accustomed to the idea of what happened. Once you have vocalized the incident or experience aloud a few times, your subconscious has had enough of sharing and is ready to move on to more currents scenarios in your life.

  5. Therefore, talking to a loved and trusted one freely about your thoughts and feelings is a healthy habit and one that can lead to general happiness and a sense of well being. • For more information visit here:- https://in.linkedin.com/pub/rutaksha-rawat/a8/7b2/655
