PENERAPAN TEORI MOTIVASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN • MAKE SURE THAT STUDENTS HAVE A SUFFICIENT CHANCE TO FULFILL THEIR NEEDS FOR AFFILIATION AND BELONGING. • MAKE THE CLASSROOM A PLEASANT AND SAFE PLACE. • RECOGNIZE THE POSSIBILITY THAT STUDENTS COME TO SCHOOL WITH DIFFERENT PATTERNS OF NEEDS BASED ON EXPERIENCES. • HELP STUDENTS TAKE APPROPRIATE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SUCCESS AND FAILURES. • ENCOURAGE STUDENTS SET REASONABLE SHORT-TERM GOAL. • FIT THE DIFFICULTY OF THE ASSIGNMENT TO STUDENTS.
