  2. SHANGHAI RACE CLUB INTRODUCTION The private club for the most exciting premium lifestyle to emerge in Mainland China. The Shanghai Race Club uses online technology to make it simple and exciting for the select few in China to own race horses and take on the lofty identity of a Race horse owner joining the ranks of The Club’s existing legendary members such as Sir Victor Sassoon (British) and Tong Pao Shu (Chinese) Members are invited to attend the private Racedays events at the monumental Moller Villa in downtown Shanghai, built by one of the Shanghai Race Club’s earliest members. These live Race Days celebrations take place during each of the 8 biggest horse races which around the world each year including Royal Ascot and The Melbourne Cup.

RACE CLUB HOUSE The Shanghai Race Club in partnership with the Heng Shan group has appointed the historical Moller Villa - the most eccentric Villa and private grounds in downtown Shanghai - as the official Club house for members private meeting and visits to Shanghai and events. Eric Moller, the original owner of the Villa, was one of the earliest and most prominent members of the Shanghai Race Club in its early days.

RACE CLUB TRACKS The Shanghai Race Club has partnerships with the professional Race tracks surrounding Shanghai. * Shanghai Race Club arranges Member Race Days at the Partner Race Track twice a year during which time Members/Owners are invited to visit the stables and learn about Race horse ownership. Members also experience the race horses competing in action on the track.

The Club has made considerable investments to promote the heritage of The Shanghai Race Club and recently appointed Peter Hibbard, MBE and Chairman of the Royal Asiatic Society as official historian and guide for The Club members.
