Rationale • Lack of opportunities for students to do oral presentations at conferences. • Lack of opportunities for students to organise large national conferences. • Few opportunities for postgraduates to have stimulating and enthusiastic scientific discussion in typical academic events. • Financial constraints hindering conference attendance. • Enormous potential for skills to be developed by organisers, presenters and audience
