  2. Search Screen • Filters: • Publication Type • Journal • Year • Peer Reviewed & Non Peer Reviewed • CV &/or Bio • Status – Pending or Published • Sorting: (within tan heading bar) • Ascending/Descending • Primary & Secondary Sorting • Keyword Search: • Display Options:

Add Publications Click on the Add tab at the bottom of the search screen Enter information in each field *required information is marked with a red asterisk Select the Publication Type Save entry • Click on the Add tab • Select the Publication Type • Enter information in each field • *required information is marked with a red asterisk • Save entry

  4. Edit Publications Select entry and click on edit Or Double click on entry

  5. Download Manager Choose to accept/reject downloads BEFORE they are added to the CV! • Filters • Publication Type • Journal • Year • Name Match • Keyword Search • Sorting • Multiple Ways to Accept or Reject for CV • Download Progress

  6. Search & Download 1 2 3 4 WOW! • Ability to search for keywords in addition to author name • Can see number of matching entries before you start download
