  4. Expectations on teachers • Involving parents • Not singling pupils out • Encouraging them • Informing class with pupils approval • Treating them equally in a respective manner • Letting the pupil have the aids they need • Extended time for tests • Building up a trustworthy relationship

  5. Not acceptable – not recognizing the need – not acceptable taking away the aid – not respecting and listening to the pupil – ignoring the needs and help they require

  6. Inform the classmates? • Pros-friend support-reduced bullying-no comparing tests-more understanding • Cons-singled out as “stupid”-possible increased bullying-different treatment

  7. Inform your teachers/classmates? • Yes-better understanding and help – encourage pupil to tell him-/herself (respect) – no talking behind each others backs
