Corporate Overview • NOTA traffic is now at 20+ Gigs on the common switch and is rapidly expanding now with 10Gig port uptake. • Private Cross Connects are now well over 5000. • NOTA carries 90+% of the L1, L2 and L3 traffic to and from Latin America. • The NOTA 2nd floor is now essentially sold out. • 4th floor 10k Sq Ft interim colo is ½ sold out and likely to be totally gone by the end of April. • An additional 10k Sq Ft of colo will come online in September. • 60k Sq Ft will come online in March of 2008. • Space is moving so fast at NOTA that it is likely we will begin working on a full 5th floor build-out of 120k Sq Ft ahead of current schedules.

Corporate Overview • Terremark Madrid Update… • Our Madrid facility is now an Espanix node! • Tomas Ledo is here from Madrid and can answer any questions related to the facility and membership with Espanix. • Terremark Sao Paolo Update…Largest IX South America! • Traffic in Sao Paolo is booming. Upgrade to allow 10Gig peering ports is scheduled in 45 days. • Hugo Zanon is here from Brasil and can assist you with any of your needs or questions.

Corporate Overview • Terremark Expansion Plans… • Recently announced Culpepper Virginia facility will break ground in June. • 250,000 Sq Ft of facility “Pods” that will be built to 200 Watts a Sq Ft with modular scalability to 400 Watts a Sq Ft. Ultra Secure SCIF level facility. • Culpepper is located 65 miles from Washington DC (South) and will have ample fiber linking back to other Northern Virginia sites. • Santa Clara Expansion is under way. 100,000 Sq Ft of space! • 200 Watts a Sq Ft scalable to 400 Watts a Sq Ft on cheaper Silicon Valley Power.
