What is FAA Access to CPS Online? • fafsa.ed.gov/faa/faa.htm • Online system which allows FAAs to: • view students’ SAR information • enter FAFSA data and make corrections • request ISIRs from the ISIR Datamart • R2T4 on the Web and the ISIR Analysis Tool are also available from FAA Access to CPS Online • FAA must have a PIN and be enrolled in the Student Aid Internet Gateway

What is FAA Enrollment? • SAIG enrollment capability that enables DPA to enroll additional FAA Users for FAA Access to CPS Online capabilities • Designed for use by the Destination Point Administrator (DPA) who is responsible for CPS data exchange • Allows DPA to control FAA Users’ access • Full or limited access

  6. How Does the DPA Enroll FAA Users? • Access the Student Aid Internet Gateway online at: fsawebenroll.ed.gov • Choose “Enroll FAA Users for Online Services”

  7. Enrolling New FAA Users • First enter TG Number • Then enter DPA’s SSN and DOB

  9. Enter new FAA User’s data, including Social Security Number and Date of Birth Enrolling New FAA Users (continued)

Set access rights differently for each school or the same for all schools Choose access rights of read, write, or blank for each service 2007-2008 services include Student Inquiry/Application and Correction Entry ISIR Analysis Tool Return of Title IV Funds ISIR Requests Enrolling New FAA Users (continued)
