Background • Introduction of Real Time Information – April 2013 (HRMC). • Introduction of Auto Enrolment – August 2013 • Implementation of a new HR/Payroll system – 2014 • Business savings and University Strategic Map (strategic aim six) • Market comparisons • Contracted weekly paid staff – now paid monthly – January 2013

Data Cleansing • After the presentation, we will provide you with a list of casual staff who were paid in 2012. • Please look through these and indicate which staff have now finished working with us. This help us to communicate with our current workers and not past workers. • Some have current contracts – we expect these to remain. • A simple tick or cross will suffice. • Please return the sheets to Andy/Annie by 22 February 2013.

Communications • Distribution of Manager’s Factsheet on 25 February 2013. • Launch of website on 25 February 2013. • Letter to all causal staff (home address) on 1 March 2013. • Campus staff email on 15 March 2013. • Drop in session 8 & 20 March 2013. • Regular email with you! • Any additional suggestions?
