Air quality Attainment status • Part of YMPO region is designated as non-attainment for PM10 • A request for re-designation to attainment status with a maintenance plan was submitted to EPA in 2006 • A Motor Vehicle Emissions (MVE) Budget was established to help maintain acceptable PM10 levels YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

Air quality conformity analysis • Projected emissions levels for projects contained in the 2014-2037 RTP meet the applicable conformity tests and conforms under the PM10 National Ambient Air Quality Standards • This analysis demonstrates conformity between the 2014-2018 TIP, the 2014-2037 RTP, and the State Implementation Plan YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting
