  3. The submissionwill be on-line: One password will be awarded to the National Delegations and Member of EIRO-Forum. Eachsubmission, identifiedbuy the password, will be under the full awareness and responsibility of password holders. The deadline for submissionwill be III-2015

  4. The e-formhas 9 sectionswith fields for input of text, bullets to tick for indexing, space for uploadingrelevantdocuments. Evidence of projectmaturitywill be given by articulating the answere, and by presentingevidence of previous or currentsupport for preparation and feasibilitystudy. AnyusefuldocumentlikeLoI, MoU etc. will be uploadeable.
