Enrollment Codes education.state.mn.us • Indicate how a student will be included for testing • Regular Enrollment: • Indicated for students who are enrolled in MARSS • Homeschool Student • Indicated for home-schooled students who are not enrolled in MARSS • Only GRAD Retest • Indicated for super seniors who are not enrolled in MARSS • Grade must be indicated as grade 12

Precode Student Eligibility • Precode Student Eligibility should not be used in place of a MARSS submission to add students • Subsequent updates made in MARSS may not be reflected in manually added or changed records • There is no need to click “Add” when all of the demographic information is correct • Only use the Add button when changing the district and/or school education.state.mn.us

Delete Manually Added Records • Most recent MARSS enrollment record reinstated (if applicable) • Allows MARSS updates to be reflected for students that were manually added but are now enrolled in MARSS • Removed from Test WES if not enrolled in MARSS (e.g., super senior) • Allows demographic information to be corrected for students that were manually added education.state.mn.us

Timeline for Precode Updates • Students cannot be added directly in TIDE • Students cannot test on the same day they are submitted or added • Student enrollment updates submitted in MARSS typically take two days for those students to appear in TIDE • Manually updated or added student records in Precode Student Eligibility typically appear in TIDE the next day education.state.mn.us
