  5. Bacteria on/in the Body • Bacteria is found in three major places within the human body: • On the skin • In the mouth • In the gut

  6. Benefits of Microorganisms in Humans • Microorganisms have various positive effects for humans. For example: • Bacteria lives in the intestine and helps with food digestion • Some bacteria in the body fight against other, harmful bacteria which can cause diseases.
