  3. Sustaining your spirituality • There are more books than ever • There are more experts than ever • So why are we still asking how to sustain our spirituality? • What are your expectations of today?

  10. How do we grow? • Looks different for each of us but... • There are foundations • Scripture (rooted in the Word) • Community (sharing life with other followers) • Confession • Worship (in all its variety) • Prayer (communion with God) • Service (mission, evangelism...) • Sabbath (rest)

(What are you prepared to give up to see it happen?)
