General Information • All individuals using the iowagrants.gov system must be registered. • Instructions regarding the registration process are located onthe Iowa Department of Education’s website, Green Ribbon Schools,that announces the grant opportunity. • Contact Gary Schwartz at 515-281-4743 or gary.schwartz@iowa.govfor assistance. Starting an Application • Designate one person from your organization to create the FY15 GRS application. • Other individuals from your organization, if requested, will be tied to the application by the Program Officer (Gary Schwartz at the Iowa Department of Education) FY15 Green Ribbon Schools Applications
