Dry Air System and Drawing Current. Motivation . The study is made to correlate the MuTr drawing current and humidity. After installation of cramps to Station-3, the dry air system is now fully implemented in Station-2 and Station-3 in both arms. Station-1 doesn’t have dry air system.

Motivation • The study is made to correlate the MuTr drawing current and humidity. • After installation of cramps to Station-3, the dry air system is now fully implemented in Station-2 and Station-3 in both arms. Station-1 doesn’t have dry air system. • If station-1 suffered from dark current under high humidity and station-2&3 don’t, then it proves the power of the dry air system.

  6. Run13 Dry Air Configuration See if Station-1 dark current increases as humidity gets higher. The currents were sampled from cosmic data taking in order to be free from drawing current induced by beam luminosity.

Observation Summary • Although the humidity fluctuate in daily basis, overall increase of IR humidity from 10 to 40% are observed from beginning of Run13 towards the end of Run. • The obvious increase in drawing current in station-1 have not been observed within the range of the humidity change. • The correlation with IR humidity and drawing current in Station-2 and 3 were not seen neither.

  16. Conclusion • The humidity of 40% may not be high enough to draw the additional current on MuTr. • Cannot think of any other way to evaluate the effect of dry air system now.
