  5. A grey city Scene: Fade in from the black. It’s a gray and drab ctiy. Sound: Tape rewind

  6. The rubbish mountain in the city Scene: Closer look on the top of the rubbish moutain . It’s a rubbish tree.

  7. A children’s drawing Scene: (Fade in) A children’s drawing Sound: Tape noise

  8. In Smith’s workshop Scene: (Zoom out)Smith, our character is making a mechanical bird. Story: He was eager to invent a mechaincal bird ,because He couldn't find living birds and trees in this city. Sound:(Music) Song Of Four Seasons

  10. Mechanical bird Scene: The mechanical bird comes to life.

  11. Mechanical bird 2 Scene: (Over head shot) The mechanical bird is flying around the engineer. Smith works wonders. Story: Smith stared at his product and hardly believed his eyes. Sound: Magic

  12. Forest Scene: （Fade in） A forest Story:Smith found himself involved in the forest where he played in his childhood. Sound: Babbling , birds’ singing

  13. Flower Scene: The mechanical bird is flying to smith with a flower in its beak. Story: He would like to smell the flower.

  14. The perfume of the flower Scene: He is having a smell of the flower. Story: Smith was surprised that the perfume of the flower smelled like the engine oil. Sound: The sound of the tape winding

  15. Mechanical hand Scene: （Fade in） The background suddenly cuts into Smith’s workshop from the forest. Smith is shocked to find that what he is holding is the mechanical arm. Sound: The sound of rewinding

  16. Electric Shock Scene: Smith gets an electric shock. Sound: The sound of getting electric shock

  17. It’s just a dream Scene: Smith emits smoke.(Fate out) Sound: The sound of the tape bouncing out

  18. Mechanical Flower Scene: (Fade in) The mechanical bird observes the mechanical flower in surprise. Story: The engineer was out. The mechanical bird scampered over the workbench and found the flower unfinished. Sound:(Music) Rhapsody in Blue(George Gershwin)

  19. An idea Story:Looking at the mechanical flower which could not move, the mechanical thought the central control computer might work out some solutions.

  20. Solution searching Scene: The mechanical bird is flying to the downtown.Camera is fixed on the mechanical bird, the city is moving in the background.

  21. Central control computer Story: The mechanical bird asked central control computer how to bring the flower to life.

  22. Central control computer smiles Story: Central control computer thought it over, then laughed. Actually even it did not know how to cope with it, but the specimen of the flower may leave a clue.

  23. Return Scene: （Fade in）The bird is flying to the workshop with the specimen of the flower in its beak.Camera is fixed on the mechanical bird, the city is moving in the background.

  24. Seed falls Scene: (In the workshop) The seed of the flower falls on the mechanical flower.

  25. The mechanical flower comes to life Story: The mechanical bird settled beside the mechanical flower. It was amazed that the mechanical flower came to life.

  26. Looking for the engineer Scene: （Fade in） The bird is looking for the engineer with the living flower in its beak. Camera is fixed on the mechanical bird, the city is moving in the background.

  27. The seed lost during flying Scene: On the rubbish mountain Story:The seed lost again. This time it lost on the mountain.

  28. A surprise Scene:Mechanical trees grow on the rubbish hill. The rubbish is gradually absorbed by mechanical trees and reduces.The camera then panned out to show us a view of the whole rubbish hill. Sound: The highest part Of Rhapsody in Blue(George Gershwin)

  29. A tidy city Scene: （Fade in）（Extreme long-shot）A tidy city

  30. A new hope Scene: （Still） The sun shines through mechanical trees. One of the trees is in bud.

  31. Plants grow Scene: Camera is fixed on a leave, growing trees are moving in the background.

  32. Towering trees Scene: Camera is fixed on a leave.The leave passes towering trees and flies up into the clear sky.

  33. The engineer and the mechanical bird Scene: （High angle shot） Closer look on engineer. The leave flies to the engineer.
