Street Theater (Flash Mob): • THE NEW BEAT OF PUBLIC RALLIES The use of street theater in the form of dancing in a crowd can be used in advocacy raising, against traditional approaches done during street rallies. Here, advocates are able to use music to draw crowds and popularize steps that coincide with their message

  32. This is a strategy where sectors ask for representation in the crafting of policies and/or it asks for a specific legislation to be passed, based on its support base strength • Lobbying: • NON-OBSTRUCTIVE AND • LEGITIMATE REFORM

  34. It is important that dues are collected because it is a people’s association, owned and controlled by its members and not by a single patron. Membership dues are allocated for • Base Sectors’ Activities (60%) • Projects of the National Organization (40%) • Payment of Membership (Anti Patronage)
