Who Navy leadership candidates should have: • the candidness, energy and interests to drive genuine improvement through innovative thinking and doing. • an understanding of activity and at all levels of their command enterprise • proven ability and performance (selection process involves application/nomination and on-site tour/interview/assessment ?) MLIC advisor/facilitator(s) should: • Have familiarity with innovation and improvement applications in industry • Recognize and respect similarities and differences of the US Navy and industry
