  7. The First Office In 1972, John Jacobi opened the first Windermere office with only eight agents. His goal was to raise the bar in the real estate community and set new standards of professionalism.

  8. In 1975, John opened his first satellite office in another Seattle neighborhood. He carefully considered the steps needed to expand the Windermere brand while ensuring that the environment and sense of professionalism was a standard among all offices. In 1977, John established the first affiliate office on Seattle’s Capitol Hill

  9. Windermere has continued to expand to over 147 offices within Western Washington.
