  3. Endnote 主要功能 一、文献资料的管理 易查、易更新、易编辑、易共享 三、Endnote + Word 协助撰写论文 参考文献、论文格式编排、转换 二、简单的统计分析 2007-7-20

  4. Endnote名词 • Library：图书馆、资料库 Endnote用来存储和管理文献数据的文件--database • Reference( <100,000)：资料库中的参考文献 • Reference Type(39)：参考文献类型 • Connection file(1892): 在线检索的网络数据库文件 • Filter(600)：过滤器 • 把通过检索（比如PUBMED）的参考文献导入（import）Endnote时所用的过滤方式 • 数据格式不同，选择对应的Filter 2007-7-20

  5. 一、 文献资料的管理 3、文献管理-Library的管理--Management • 1、建立个人的Library： • Create a new EndNote library →2个文件（library.enl + 文件夹） • 可随时检索和查看其中的PDF、图片、表格、视频文件，还可以共享 • 2、 文献更新、编辑-文献数据输入-Import • 手工：输入 • 自动：在线检索、更新 2007-7-20

  6. 1.1 建立Library-文献数据输入方法 1) 手工输入Reference信息： • 现有的PDF /doc/txt/jpg、并加附件 • 操作：References → New Reference → Reference Type右侧下拉菜单选择文献类型→键入信息(Tab/shift+Tab ) 2）数据库中检索题录批量保存导入： 直接导入-用filter导入 3) 远程数据库检索导入多条数据： 操作： Tools-connect file- （可以检索 Z39.50网站：数据库/图书馆馆藏）；也可以自己制作 4 )网络搜索引擎结果加入到Endnote： 在Google scholar中设定使用偏好 5 )如果没有合适的filter---自己制作： 操作：Edit → import filter →Open filter manager →选择→Edit →保存 2007-7-20

  7. Reference项输入注意事项 • 作者 • 多位作者；每位作者必须单独一行 • 手工输入时注意作者的姓名次序 • Image • 可插入图片或档案路径 • 只能插入一张图片或一个档案 • 操作：Reference → Insert Picture (或Insert Object) → 找到图片 → 打开 • URL • 可输入路径或网址；到本地或者到网络上的超链接 • Link to PDF • 插入PDF、Word、Excel、Wmv等附件 • 附件被复制到与Library同名的文件夹中 2007-7-20

  15. 1.2 Library的管理--Management • 1) 对于Library中条目的检索、编辑、去重： • References →search references (Ctrl +F)，edit references • References → find duplicates; 或者在导入时选择import → discard duplicates • 2) 课题组内的文献共享： • File-export--； • File-send to—→ Compressed Library →生成一个.enlx 文件（使用Endnote打开） • 3) Library 主界面个性化显示项目的选择： • Edit → Preferences • 4 )设置默认的Library： • 打开该Library → Edit → Preferences → Libraries → Add Open Libraries → Apply → Ok 2007-7-20

  16. 二、 简单的文献统计分析 1） 使用Endnote做简单的统计分析: Tools-subject bibliography-根据作者、关键词、年份、作者单位等作数量统计和排序。 2） 关联外部文献分析软件分析Endnote Library文献： • Tools-data visualization.例如关联到Refviz • 需要事先安装Refviz软件 2007-7-20

  17. 三、协助撰写论文 协助撰写论文： 自动、方便 • 配合文字处理软件撰写文章：Word • 在文章正文中插入引用文献（Citation） • 自动产生参考文献列表 （Bibliography） • 转换多种期刊格式（Output style） • 自己设定期刊投稿需要的参考文献格式 2007-7-20

  18. Endnote名词 • Citation：正文中引用参考文献 • Bibliography: 文后参考文献列表 • Template (178) : Endnote提供的期刊投稿模版 • Output Style(2800)：期刊的参考文献格式 • Format：使参考文献按照选定格式排列 2007-7-20

  19. 3.1 使用Endnote提供的期刊写作模版 • Tools→Manuscript templates→选择一个模版 • 新建word文档→选择一个Endnote模版 2007-7-20

  21. 3.2.1 撰写文章：插入文内的参考文献---Citation • 打开Word、参考文献所在的Library • 将光标置于要插入参考文献的地方/插入 2007-7-20

  22. 点击 Go to Endnote，到Endnote • 选取要插入的参考文献，点击 Insert // 或者回到word中，点击 2007-7-20

  23. 点击 Find citation(s)，出现查询视窗，在Find后的空格中输入要检索的条件，按下Search • 选取要插入的参考文献，按下Insert 2007-7-20

  29. Endnote Web的使用： • 在线管理文献记录，支持修改，删除，可以连接到ISI web of knowledge中查看相关记录、引用记录、JCR等。 • 可以在word中加载工具条，协助撰写论文时进行参考文献的编排 • 可以与本机的Endnote进行数据的传递 2007-7-20
