  2. Proposed Change • Background: Power system models require the input of a minimum power value for generators, the "PMIN" value described in PSSE and other software. The ISO and generator owners support the use of ECOMIN values to develop the PMIN value. • Driver: Practical study needs and compliance with NERC MOD standards • Proposed Scope: Change the info policy to allow the public release minimum power values derived from ECOMIN data for use as generator PMIN values in power system models
