Key Service Offerings • HIT education and training, including participation in a National Learning Consortium. • Guided vendor selection and group purchasing. • Full EHR implementation and optimization assistance and project management to achieve meaningful use, with emphasis on practice and workflow re-design and change management principles. • Centralized resources for clinical decision support content, design and delivery and for performance measure collection and reporting. • Assistance with technical infrastructure, including hosting, connectivity and end user devices. • Guidance to promote interoperability and compatibility with future HIE. • Guidance on privacy and security best practices.
